Sky: Network ID

Working towards, in essence, the relaunch of my original pseudo-cable news channel, this is the basic id and possible slogan for the network.

A work in progress, based around my tendency to love simple effects, but nonetheless here it is. Expect more relating to this soon, very very soon.
