To start off, I am only a student of design and this is a place I have worked at for over a year, so please don't abuse any of the information present. (I love my work, truly)
Anyway, the main concept here was to try to come up with a concept for a new home page and website design from the one we have presently [link] . This was purely a labor of love, considering I love working at the company and have been needing to spring my designing half into something.
I'd love some input on this and ideas on improvement. The pictures used would be replaced, including an updated one for the example customer & employee, plus the locations with possible store fronts. I am also thinking about how to build the other content pages, plus how to mange this.
This is an early item, likely to stay a labor of love, but I'd love input on how to improve this to an actual website front for a simple company. Thanks!
I like this arrangement more than the current page. So is that the home or locations page? If it's the home page, it looks like you can do away with the locations page altogether.
BRAVO! From being in Yearbook and learning a little bit about design, this is AAAAWESOME! Especially when compared to the current version!
Everything is very nicely balanced. The font is good and easily-readable. The space is used well and doesn't feel oddly crammed like the other version. I really like how this all turned out. Good job, Chris!!
